About me

Hello, I’m Dayea Jeong. My educational journey commenced at EWHA University in Seoul, where my studies in sociology and music opened my eyes to the rich tapestry of cultures that shape our world. This initial exploration was followed by a Master’s in Engaged and Public Humanities from Georgetown University, where I delved into the intersections of culture, community, and education. Currently, I am enhancing my expertise through a Master of Arts in Learning Design and Technology, also at Georgetown University. This path has not only broadened my academic horizons but has also profoundly influenced my perspective on educational innovation.

I am deeply committed to integrating educational theories with practical application. My journey through the realms of humanities and educational technology has fueled my mission to reimagine traditional education models, aiming for greater engagement and accessibility for learners globally. The insights gained from my first master’s degree have been pivotal in forming my approach to education as a bridge across cultural and community divides.

Driven by a passion to challenge conventional norms, I aspire to create educational content that promotes inclusivity and diversity. I believe in an education system that not only embraces these values but also kindles creativity at every opportunity. My objective is to make a meaningful impact on the educational landscape, ensuring it is dynamic, inclusive, and conducive to fostering creativity and critical thinking.

Thank you for being here. I look forward to sharing the insights and experiences that inspire my enthusiasm for advancing education and learning design.
